- Standard delivery across Philippines is complimentary on orders exceeding ₱2500, while smaller consignments incur a fee of ₱150.

- Orders logged prior to 11:30 on any working day leave our facility that afternoon.
- We accept returns within 60 days of receipt, provided the product remains unsealed and in its original carton.

Order processing
Orders received prior to 11:30 on working days are processed and dispatched that afternoon. Instructions submitted after the cutoff, over weekends, or during public holidays leave the following business day. A formal booking confirmation bearing your reference number follows checkout immediately.
Every container of sports supplements is secured with factory heat-shrink neck bands, internal pressure induction seals, and moisture-absorbing desiccant packs. Shipments are packaged in heavy-duty corrugated cartons lined with bubble wrap and thermal insulation cushions to shield active ingredients from high tropical humidity and physical impacts during transit.
Tracking your parcel
Following fulfillment dispatch, an automated tracking number with delivery monitoring updates is issued to the recipient through email and mobile SMS alerts.
Lost or delayed parcel
Should your tracking detail remain stagnant across 5 business days, kindly write to [email protected] citing your order reference. We shall initiate an investigation through the freight carrier and, per your preference, either dispatch a replacement parcel or issue a complete refund within 10 business days of your notice.
Damaged on arrival
If an order arrives with crushed outer packaging, compromised seals, or product leakage, inspect the contents immediately and capture clear photographs of the box, shipping label, and damaged tub. Submit these records to our customer service desk within 48 hours of courier delivery to arrange an expedited replacement parcel.
Payment methods
We accommodate payment through Bank transfer. Our staff will never solicit payment card figures or online banking credentials via telephone or written correspondence.
Delivery outside Philippines
Consignments are dispatched to specified regional territories. Transit intervals and freight charges for each jurisdiction are detailed at checkout prior to final settlement. Applicable import tariffs remain the responsibility of the designated recipient.
