The goods

Dietary sports supplements, protein powders, powdered amino acid complexes, and routine hydration drink mixes designed to complement daily athletic activity and balanced physical nutrition. Individual item listings clarify component volume, dosing format, and ingredient profile. Imagery provides visual guidance; commercial container design may exhibit minor variation.

Ordering and contract

An order is registered upon completing the checkout form. We acknowledge receipt by email, while contractual commitment takes effect at the time of parcel dispatch. We reserve the prerogative to reject orders should inventory become depleted or information prove unverifiable, returning any paid sums immediately.

Prices and payment

Listed valuations appear in PHP inclusive of statutory VAT where relevant. Applicable freight charges are displayed at checkout prior to final settlement. Payment options include Bank transfer. Should a clerical pricing inaccuracy occur, we reserve the right to correct it prior to shipping, presenting the choice to reaffirm or void your order.

Delivery

Specific shipping arrangements, transit schedules, and associated fees appear on the Delivery & Payment page. Legal risk transfers to the buyer upon receipt of the consignment.

Product images and colours

Our photographs represent the actual batches prepared for dispatch. Because display rendering varies with monitor calibration, software, and ambient lighting, subtle tonal shifts do not constitute a defect, nor do they qualify for complimentary returns or compensation. Volume, formula composition, and specific ingredients are documented on each individual page.

Transfer of risk

We retain full responsibility for your shipment until the carrier presents it to you or your designated recipient at the stated address. Risk of damage or loss passes at that precise exchange. Apparent transit damage must be noted alongside the courier and communicated to our team within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

Unopened formulations may be returned within 60 days of delivery under the conditions stated on our Returns page. Kura Athletics Inc. warrants that all products leave our dispatch facility unadulterated, fully sealed, and compliant with safety specifications established by the Food Safety Act of 2013 (Republic Act No. 10611). This guarantee covers manufacturing faults, verified transit spoilages, and packaging failures present before initial customer delivery.

• Customized or personalized supplement bundles and specialized athlete packs
• Perishable items or products with short shelf life requiring temperature-controlled storage
• Dietary supplement tubs, blister packs, shaker bottles, or canisters with broken tamper-evident seals or removed safety barriers
• Powdered blends or items inseparably mixed with liquids or other substances after delivery
• Digital training plans, nutritional meal guides, or downloadable materials unsealed or accessed by the consumer

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Philippine jurisprudence, the total aggregate liability of Kura Athletics Inc. for any dispute, order discrepancy, or claim shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid for the affected order or ₱5,000, whichever amount is smaller. Nothing within these provisions seeks to curtail statutory liability that cannot be excluded by applicable statute.

Age and use

Purchasers must have reached 18 years of age. All formulations must be taken strictly in accordance with on-pack directions; they should never displace formal medical counsel.

Governing law and disputes

These terms of service are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, under the jurisdiction of the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394) and the Electronic Commerce Act of 2000 (Republic Act No. 8792). Should any disagreement resist direct dialogue with our staff, jurisdiction lies with the competent court governing the vendor's registered address, without eroding any non-waivable statutory protections afforded by your home jurisdiction.
