Any purchase made with Kura Athletics may be returned within 60 days of arrival, regardless of your rationale. The following sections outline our criteria, the procedural sequence, shipping fee allocations, and anticipated refund intervals.
Conditions
To qualify for a refund within the 60 days return period, items such as protein tubs, amino acid powders, and sports formulas must remain unopened, unused, with outer shrink wrapping and factory tamper-evident safety seals fully intact, accompanied by the original sales receipt.
Procedure for submitting a return
- Submit return request to support email with order number and clear photographs of the sealed item
- Receive return merchandise authorization approval and official return address details from our support desk
- Pack items securely in original protective packaging with seals intact and ship via registered courier
- Receive the refund within 3 to 10 business days via bank transfer after the returned item passes biosecurity inspection
Who pays return shipping
If a product is flawed, transit-damaged, or incorrectly packed, the carriage is on us: we issue a prepaid shipping slip or organize courier collection. For regular discretionary returns, outbound return postage falls to you, without supplemental handling charges.
Refund timing and method
Financial credits are processed within 3 business days of physical intake and inspection approval. Cash-on-delivery orders are reimbursed via wire transfer to your nominated IBAN or bank account; standard bank transfers revert to the originating source. Financial institutions generally post these entries within 1-5 business days.

Exchanges
To adjust a product variant, flavor, or formulation, follow the standard return route and place a fresh order on the site; reimbursement for the returned item will follow its arrival. Should an exchange stem from our clerical mistake, carriage for the subsequent package is completely waived.
Cancelling an order
An order may be cancelled without penalty at any point prior to physical dispatch. Simply notify [email protected] with your order identifier. Once a parcel leaves our fulfillment floor, standard return protocols must be followed.
