You are welcome to return any formulation bought from Kuraathletics within 45 days of arrival, no matter the reason. This page outlines our expectations, instructions, who handles shipping fees, and when you see your money back.

To qualify for a refund within the 45-day return window from the confirmed delivery date, products must remain completely unopened, unused, with all factory tamper-evident foil seals, neck bands, and exterior carton labels intact. Consumable sports supplements and topical lotions that have been opened, sampled, or compromised cannot be accepted for return due to public health protocols.
Instructions for sending items back02
- Email your return request along with your order confirmation number and photos of the sealed items to [email protected].
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization code and the verified domestic return warehouse address in Metro Manila from our customer support team.
- Securely package the unopened items in sturdy protective shipping boxes with adequate cushioning to prevent impact damage in transit.
- Receive your refund via direct bank transfer or verified domestic remittance within 3 to 10 business days after the returned goods pass warehouse intake inspection.
Who pays return shipping03
If your tub arrived damaged, spoiled, or mismatched from what you ordered, the expense is on us: we issue a prepaid waybill or book a doorstep courier pickup. If you simply decided against keeping it, you cover the return shipping costs, and we take off nothing else.
Refund timing and method04
Your reimbursement is issued within 3 business days after the returned goods clear our quality review. Cash-on-delivery purchases are sent via bank transfer to your provided account, while direct bank transfers are credited back to the source account. Local banks normally take 1-5 business days to post the balance.

If you wish to switch flavors, tub volumes, or product lines, complete our standard return steps and place a fresh order online. We process your refund the moment your original item checks in. If the switch stems from a mistake on our end, the replacement ships free of charge.
Cancelling an order07
You can void an order without any penalty as long as our warehouse has not dispatched it. Email [email protected] with your order number. Once the package is in the hands of the courier, our regular return guidelines take effect.
