Dietary sports supplements, electrolyte recovery beverage powders, amino acid formulations, and topical muscle comfort balms designed for post-exercise physical support and daily athletic nutritional maintenance. Each supplement entry details powder servings, net weights, and compound breakdown. Images serve an illustrative purpose; actual tub labels and packaging prints may vary slightly.

Your order is logged once checkout concludes. We verify receipt via automated email, and the mutual sales agreement becomes final once our team dispatches your items. We retain the right to cancel an order if inventory runs dry or customer records cannot be confirmed, in which scenario all charges are promptly refunded.

Rates are quoted in PHP and cover applicable VAT. Freight fees are presented before you confirm payment. Acceptable settlement forms: Bank transfer. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it prior to shipping, letting you confirm the true rate or cancel the purchase.

Every jar and pouch pictured here is what we pack in Cebu. Screen colors change based on your monitor, browser setup, or room lighting, so tiny shade shifts are normal and not grounds for a free return or refund. Sizes, serving measures, and ingredients are listed on each tub page.

We protect your order until the rider puts it into your hands or leaves it with your named receiver at your address. From that handover onward, loss or transit damage is your responsibility. Note any external parcel damage directly with the rider and message us within 48 hours.

You may send tubs back within 45 days of arrival according to our Returns guide. All items carry statutory merchantability guarantees under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394). We warrant that supplements and topicals conform to product labeling, remain sealed, and are within shelf-life dates at the time of delivery.

• Customized nutritional bundles or tailored supplement packs assembled to customer specifications.
• Perishable formulations or consumable goods with broken factory safety seals.
• Opened supplement canisters, unsealed electrolyte powders, or unsealed topical balms due to biosafety, hygiene, and contamination protection standards.
• Goods that have been inseparably mixed with liquids or other substances after delivery.
• Digital training guides, nutritional plan downloads, or digital media accessed or unsealed by the consumer.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, the aggregate liability of Kuraathletics Sports Nutrition Inc. for any claim arising from order fulfillment is strictly limited to the total monetary amount paid for the specific order or ₱5,000, whichever is lower. Nothing written in these store rules limits any liability that local consumer protection laws forbid restricting.

The laws of the Republic of the Philippines govern these terms, and any legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. When an issue cannot be resolved by talking together, it will be heard before the proper court in our home registry city, without reducing your statutory consumer rights where you live.
