Delivery & Payment

Schedules count working days after courier turnover. Outlying island drop-offs might take an extra 1-2 days.

• Standard shipping is on us for orders past ₱2200 across Philippines, while smaller baskets carry a ₱140 fee.
• Parcels arrive within 2 to 5 working days once handed over to the courier.
• Get your order in before 15:30 on a regular workday and our Cebu crew ships it out before evening.
• We take returns within 45 days from drop-off, provided the tub is unopened and rests in its original box.
• Payment: bank transfer.

Purchases logged before 15:30 on regular workdays leave our bench that day. Orders placed after the cut-off or across weekends and official holidays ship the next business day. You get an email confirmation with your reference code right after ordering.

Each item is enclosed in a tamper-evident, foil-sealed container or heat-sealed pouch, reinforced with thermal-insulating wrap to safeguard active ingredients from tropical humidity and heat. Shipments are packed in rigid corrugated cardboard boxes padded with biodegradable cushioning to protect bottle seals and containers during transit.

Once your package is dispatched, automated notifications containing a unique tracking identifier are transmitted via SMS and email, allowing real-time status updates through the carrier portal.

Should your parcel tracking halt with no updates for 5 business days, reach out to [email protected] with your order reference. We immediately log an inquiry with the freight team and will either dispatch a fresh package or process a complete refund, per your preference, within 10 business days of your report.

Inspect outer packaging and tamper-evident seals upon courier handover. If damage or leakage has occurred during transit, document the outer carton and product seals with clear photographs, refuse the damaged portion if paying via Cash on Delivery, and notify our support desk at [email protected] within 48 hours for immediate replacement processing.

We take Bank transfer. We will never reach out via phone call or email asking for your personal banking passwords, PINs, or card credentials.

We ship orders to select regions. Shipping rates and transit schedules for your specific area show at checkout prior to final payment. If cross-border import duties arise, the receiver covers them locally.
